Bidvest Terms and Conditions
- Car rental Awards are only valid for rentals within South Africa only.
- Minimum rental period 1 day (24hrs), maximum rental period 7 days.
- All car rental Awards are subject to vehicle availability.
- Car rental Awards are available weekdays and weekends.
- Bidvest weekend rates are valid from Friday 08h00 - Monday 20h00.
- Car rental Awards exclude any additional charges such as optional insurance, contract fee, airport surcharges, fuel, optional equipment, excess responsibility etc.
- Car rental Awards are not eligible for Voyager Miles.
- The vehicle must be returned to the original renting location or a levy will be charged.
- The driver must meet all driver and credit requirements.
- All vehicles are rented subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Standard Rental Agreement.
- Normal rental conditions apply.

Bidvest - 086 101 7722 - Awards issued are only refundable within 30 days of issue.
- Car rentals must be used and completed within the three months validity period from date of award issue.
